Waterview Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare/Updated Visitation Guidelines
General Visitation is open to family and friends with indicated consent of the resident. We encourage you to call our front desk @914.277.3691 and speak to the receptionist to book your appointment; Weekend appointments should be directed to the Nursing Supervisor (you’ll be transferred, via front desk when call main line.)
Compassionate Care Visitation may still be permitted under certain circumstances.
If vaccinated, please bring proof of vaccination with you for your visit.
All visitors must wear a face mask or face covering which covers both the nose and mouth at all times while on premises.

Visitors under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Visitors will be screened for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 prior to visitation with resident.
In the event of a suspension of visitation, the facility will notify the residents and/or resident representative within 24 hours of visitation suspension.
